All items will be billed in United States currency. We accept VISA & MasterCard. Sorry, we cannot accept any COD, Purchase Orders or Check orders at this time.

The consignee is responsible for any import taxes, duties or custom brokerage fees, when shipping outside of the United States.

Shipping Information
All shipments are made via Ground Service unless an expedited method is chosen.   In stock orders are shipped the following business day.  For order status questions, please email  storeorders@lsi.com or call 408-848-1697.

•  Ground:  Delivery to residential address in the continental US.  Allow up to 7 business day for delivery.

•  FedEx 2day: FE2.  Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or anyone requesting faster delivery in USA.  Allow up to 3 business days for delivery.

•  FedEx Overnight:  FES.  Delivery in the continental US via Next Day Air service by 3:00 pm.  Allow up to 2 business days for delivery

•  FedEx Int'l: FEI. Deliveries outside of the USA.   Allow up to 6 business days for delivery.

We require a physical address for delivery. Sorry, we cannot ship to any PO Boxes or APO Boxes. Orders received for instock items will be shipped the following business day, excluding holidays.

Return and Refund Policy
All purchases have a 15-day money back guarantee, less shipping costs.  Please call 408-848-1697 or email storeorders@lsi.com prior to sending your return back to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  No returns will be accepted without prior approval.  We recommend that you send the return back to us via a method that offers tracking (UPS or FedEx).
